  Great service from Toomey Hyundia Southend, brought a used Tucson from them. We had no idea what car to buy , we went to most of the dealerships in Southend and surrounding area and in our opinion the dealership was the most professional.   Excellent service from Andy Marshal I had a great experience buying my Hyundai i10 at Toomey Southend. I was sent a video of the car before I came to look at it. All the staff I met were very friendly too. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend Andy if you're looking to purchase a Hyundai Very much recommend Toomey's!

  Speedy service , knowledgeable and friendly staff. Both Charlie and Jamie kept me up to date. I called today and was offered a slot today which was an unexpected bonus. Jamie was professional and courteous throughout.The layout of the showroom is a step up from my previous services (when I did not own a Hyundai). The premisis is spacious and well lit. For the first time I felt able to wait as I felt comfortable whilst waiting in the customer's lounge area which is out the way from the main entrance. Staff (Jamie/Charlie) will check you're ok so you're not forgotten whilst waiting. This is a nice touch. Logging on to the wifi and grabbing a coffee was easy. I'm very happy with service. Having owned premium marks in the past, I can say without a doubt the service is definitely better at Hyundai.

  I found the service desk personnel, Jamie and Charlie, very helpful and personable. The work I had done was completed while I waited. A free vehicle health check and car wash were also undertaken, with the check recorded on a video and sent to my phone. All very professional and I will certainly use Toomey again for my Tucson servicing needs and probably explore replacement vehicles with them in a couple of yearstime. The showroom is spacious with plenty of Hyundai models on show and a pleasant waiting area with free coffee on hand.
